Changing Or Withdrawing Offers

At this time, offers cannot be edited or removed once they have been sent.

If you need to make any changes, please email support@virtualinternships.com with the following details:

  • The intern’s full name

  • The company name

  • The current supervisor’s name

  • The new supervisor’s full name, title, and email address

The team will review the request, update the offer accordingly, and confirm once the change has been processed.

Please note that making changes after an offer has been issued can delay the process, so we strongly recommend reviewing all details carefully before sending to ensure everything is accurate and final.
