Troubleshooting login issues
If you’re experiencing issues logging into the platform, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure you’re using the correct email address registered in our system.
- Verify that you’re entering the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered email—check your spam/junk folder if it doesn’t arrive in your inbox.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, or try using a different browser.
- Make sure your browser is up to date.
- Check your internet connection.
- If using Google Workspace, you can select the “Sign in with Google” option. If the issue persists, contact the ISA team for further assistance.
- Make sure there are no spaces when entering your email address.
