Checking offer status

After sending an offer, you can track its status on the Virtual Internships platform:

1. Log in to your dashboard.
2. Navigate to the "Manage Hiring” tab.
3. Go to the “In Offer” section.
4. Check the status:
   • Offer needs revision: Requires updates before sending.
   • Offer sent to intern: Submitted to intern for review.
   • Offer in draft: Still being created.
   • Offer in review: Under evaluation.
   • Offer declined by intern: Intern rejected the offer.
   • Offer accepted: Intern accepted the offer.
   • Not offered: No offer made.
   • No longer available: Offer is inactive.
   • Expired: Offer period has ended.
