Scheduling interviews

Ready to connect with skilled candidates? Here’s how to set up an interview easily.

There’re 4 ways where you can view profiles and schedule interviews:

  1. Browse Candidates tab: View all potential interns on the platform.
  2. Shortlisted Candidates tab: Access profiles you’ve previously shortlisted.
  3. Intern Recommendations Emails: Click the schedule interview button directly from our regular emails.
  4. Manual Email Recommendations: Receive personalized suggestions from the Placement Matching Team.

Note: All interview confirmations and details are sent to your email. Be sure to check your junk folder if you don’t see them.

Regardless of what routes you choose, there’ll be step-by-step prompts and instructions on scheduling interviews. You’ll be asked the following:

  • Internship requirement (mandatory step):  A job description detailing the role and responsibilities.

Note: You’ll need to create a new internship requirement if none of your existing ones align with the candidate’s preferred career field.

  • Interviewer name 
  • Interview date and time: Select from a calendar view and choose one time slot.
  • Connect Google Calendar OR add a meeting link: Choose between Google Calendar integration or adding a Zoom/MS Teams link manually.

Once you’ve filled in the required fields, click “Send interview invitation”. The invite will be sent to the candidate, and you’ll receive updates via email.

Pro Tip: Double-check that the date and time work for you. It’s always easier to set the right time than to reschedule later!
