Weekly Supervisor Checklist
Before submitting your WFL, confirm:
- ☐ Intern tasks and hours have been reviewed
- ☐ Any blockers or risks have been identified
- ☐ Feedback has been shared to guide next week’s work
- ☐ Items requiring VI follow-up have been flagged
