What are interview credits?
Interview credits allow you to schedule and conduct interviews with potential interns. Each interview uses one credit, ensuring fair usage across all host companies.
How to check your credit balance:
- Log in to your account.
- Your remaining credits are displayed at the top of the page.
Using interview credits:
- When scheduling an interview, the platform will automatically deduct a credit from your balance.
- If you run out of credits, a notification will appear with instructions on how to get credits back.
Pro Tip: Plan your interviews in batches to maximize efficiency and save time.
How to get credits back: You can regain or restore utilized credits by providing Interview Outcome in the following 2 ways:
- Extending an offer to the intern via the platform dashboard.
- Disqualifying interns you are no longer interested in.
Seeing negative interview credits? You might have candidates in the Interview or In Offer stages who are no longer available. To recover your credits, follow these steps:

Click “Manage Hiring”

Hover over the candidate names and disqualify those who are no longer available (see photo for reference)
