Virtual Internships’ placement process ensures you connect with interns who align with your needs.

Our placement process:

  1. Create your internship requirements:

    • Use the Internship Requirement tab to detail your internship.
    • Include scope description, project goals, and preferences.

  2. Browse profiles or receive recommendations:

    • View candidate profiles under the Browse Candidates tab.
    • Receive personalized recommendations from your Placement Matching Specialist.
    • Get new intern alerts through regular email notifications.

  3. Shortlist candidates:

    • Add preferred candidates to your shortlist.
  4. Schedule interviews:
    • Click "Schedule Interview" to connect with candidates directly.

Reminder: Interns remain available to all companies until they are scheduled for an interview. Schedule interviews quickly to secure your preferred candidates.
