Q&As
- How do you complete the pre-program and post-program evaluations?
You'll receive an email with a link to complete the pre-program evaluation on your internship's first Tuesday, due by the end of that week. Similarly, you'll need to complete the post-program evaluation by the internship’s last day. This is essential for the intern to receive their Certificate of Program Completion or Academic Credit and for their final coaching session. - What should you include in the mid-point check-in call?
The mid-point check-in call with your CSE is a chance to discuss the intern's performance, including their successes and challenges. This valuable feedback opportunity allows you to identify areas for improvement and ensure a positive internship experience. Before the call, reflect on the intern's progress and prepare specific examples to illustrate their strengths and weaknesses.
