Viewing, accepting, or rejecting an internship offer

Viewing an offer

After the interview, you’ll receive an email notification when you get an internship offer. You can view the offer via the email link or by logging into your VI Dashboard.

• Go to the Offer section in your VI Dashboard.
• Click on the offer to view key details, including:
  • Company name
  • Start date
  • Duration
  • Job title

Note: A message about the acceptance fee will also be shown before proceeding.

Exploring offer details

• Click "View Offer Details"
• Review project details discussed during the interview.
• Check the skills you’ll develop and find your supervisor’s contact information.

Accepting or rejecting an offer

Accepting an offer

• Click "Complete Payment and Accept Offer" to proceed. 
• Complete the payment—this will automatically confirm your acceptance.

Note: If your university is covering your internship, the payment requirement may not apply.

Rejecting an offer

• If the role doesn’t align with your goals:
  • Email internsupport@virtualinternships.com.
  • Before reaching out, make sure you understand our:

• If you choose to decline, please provide three skills you believe you won’t gain from the position.
