Troubleshooting scheduling issues

Common issues and fixes:

  1. Candidate unavailability

    • The candidate may be unavailable at your chosen times or selected by another company.
    • Solution: Email your Placement Matching Specialist or reach out to support@virtualinternships.com to confirm their availability.
  2. Credit limitations

    • Each company has a limit of 10 interview credits.
    • Solution: Get your credits back in the following 2 ways: 
      1. Submitting interview feedback and outcome via the platform dashboard. 
      2. Disqualifying interns you are no longer interested in.
  3. Platform glitches

    • Sometimes a quick fix like refreshing the page or logging out and back in solves the issue.
