Candidate unavailability
- The candidate may be unavailable at your chosen times or selected by another company.
- Solution: Email your Placement Matching Specialist or reach out to support@virtualinternships.com to confirm their availability.

Credit limitations
- Each company has a limit of 10 interview credits.
- Solution: Get your credits back in the following 2 ways:
- Submitting interview feedback and outcome via the platform dashboard.
- Disqualifying interns you are no longer interested in.

Platform glitches
- Sometimes a quick fix like refreshing the page or logging out and back in solves the issue.
